Back to the Source - Wing Chun

One of the best experiences I had is the opportunity to train with my original teacher Ken Widman again after so many years. He took me under his wing while I was a teenager, and trained me in the art for about 2 -3 years. He's still the humble guy that loves to have fun, but makes sure that you work very hard, and have incorporated the same type of mindset. Also the principals and applications that he's shown me in WC have helped me tremendously in my other martial art disciplines. So here is a small glimpse of my original teacher. I hope you all enjoy it.

Good News.

I'm so excited to have an opportunity to compete for Dead Serious MMA (March 30th of this year). I have a lot to do in order to prepare, but it will be well worth it. So everyone wish me luck. Also, I finally have a throw back match from back in the day. Bless.

Ross Training - Low Budget Solutions for Combat Training

Inspired by Real Anime Training

Now that I'm getting back into training again, I wanted to find new ways to get in excellent shape for any potential matches. I came across a blog created by (Stephen or Steven) Ross that creates workout routines based on anime characters. I like this blog so much for two reasons: my love for anime, and the variety of workout routines are great for muscle confusion. So what i've decided to do is to try out these routines at least two to three times during the week. Wish me luck.
